Have you ever encounter cases where your data in MS Excel overflow to multiple pages and the header are seen only on the 1st page? As such, you may need to refer to the header on 1st page to know what the column title is.
One trick here, very simple but useful. That is to automatically print the column header on every page of your printout. Tried in Office 2007, should work in office 2003 as well. :)
GOTO:
- Page Layout -> Print Titles
- Rows to repeat at top (Select the column header you want to repeat on every page)
Done! See it in the Print Preview.
